Return Policy

We gladly accept returned items, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and return ship within 30 days of receipt. 

The following items can't be returned: Personalized or custom items or items on sale

Conditions of the return are that the buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. Also if the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

We do not accept cancellations once an order is started since these orders are handmade to order.
